Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Drive beverage application projects and support commercialization of IFF innovations in Indonesia.
• Work with Commercial, Innovation, and regional teams to ensure aligned project delivery.
• Create high‑quality beverage prototypes that meet customer, regulatory, and technical requirements.
• Present solutions to customers and offer expert guidance on formulation and processing.
• Partner with experts to implement strong formulation and experimental design approaches.
• Contribute to new concept development through creative, solution‑driven thinking.
• Stay current on ingredients, processing technologies, and manufacturing practices to enhance applications.
• Monitor category, consumer, and market trends to strengthen technical recommendations.
• Develop internal networks and support capability building through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  
  

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of beverage ingredients, processing technologies, and regulatory standards.
• Proven experience in beverage formulation, manufacturing processes, and technical troubleshooting.
• Solid project management skills with proficiency in experimental design.
• Innovative, analytical, and solutions‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant internal systems.
