Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Sales & Delivery Leader for Salesforce within IBM, you will be responsible for driving growth, shaping client engagements, and leading end-to-end delivery of Salesforce-based transformation programs. This role combines business development, executive client engagement, and delivery leadership, ensuring measurable outcomes for clients across industries.

You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, while building and scaling high-performing teams to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions aligned with IBM Consulting’s hybrid cloud and AI strategy.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Deep Expertise in Salesforce Solutions: Demonstrated depth in selling and delivering Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale, with a strong understanding in portfolio, ecosystem, and integration landscape.
  • Revenue Growth & Account Expansion Leadership: Proven capability to design and execute revenue growth and profitability strategies across complex accounts, balancing commercial outcomes with long‑term client satisfaction and relationship strength.
  • Senior program / Project leadership experience: Has at least 15+ years of experience in IT Consulting or professional services in complex enterprise environments related to Salesforce execution, CRM strategy, CRM transformation, Digital customer insights and analytics.
  • Presales & Deal Shaping Exposure: Hands‑on experience across the presales lifecycle, including client discovery, solution shaping, proposal development, etc.
