Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing and enthusiastic – Bartender with strong background and experience in Food & Beverage to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

As Bartender you will be responsible for:

• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
• E nsures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
• Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
• Embraces all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20.
• Presents menu/ drinks list, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to guests.
• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
• Takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of solid experience as Bartender in a high demand luxury Bars.
• Has relevant experience in late hour bar operations and is able to work on late shifts.
• Has strong bartending skills sets and is well versed in all types of beverages.
• Has that natural bar entertaining skills and knowledge about food & beverage.
• Has prove track on active up selling skills, working with timelines and targets.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
• Highly conscientious and diligent.
• Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields.
