What will you do
- Develop, update, and manage 3D BIM models for structural elements in water & maritime projects.
- Produce accurate 2D CAD drawings, design details, and construction documents.
- Coordinate BIM deliverables with structural, civil, geotechnical, and MEP teams.
- Support structural engineers by translating sketches, calculations, and designs into models and drawings.
- Provide design support to architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders, including design changes and modifications.
- Conduct clash detection and ensure alignment with project BIM standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and digital engineering practices.

What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years experience as BIM Engineer, BIM Modeler, or Structural Modeler.
- Experience working on water, coastal, or maritime infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other 3D/CAD tools; experience with Navisworks or Solibri is a plus.
- Strong understanding of concrete and steel structural detailing.
- Ability to identify and resolve design clashes and issues.
- Good communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an international, multidisciplinary environment.
