Brand & Creative Strategist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing campaigns that strengthen brand identity and drive growth
• Lead the planning and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations
• Translate brand positioning into creative concepts, messaging, and storytelling
• Work closely with social media, marketing team, and sales teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly
• Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and consumer behavior to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve
• Collaborate with KOLs, creators, and partners to build impactful brand moments
• Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to optimize future strategies
• Ensure all campaigns stay consistent with the brand voice, values, and visual identity
• Continuously explore new marketing ideas, formats, and digital trends

Minimum Qualifications: Requirements:

• Experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or FMCG industry is a big plus
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and campaign development
• Able to turn ideas into clear strategies and actionable plans
• Creative thinker with strong strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
