Your Main Duties In Flying With Us
- Create and manage yearly marketing roadmaps to drive growth.
- Work across departments to ensure campaigns are consistent and integrated.
- Oversee media planning and buying to improve ROI and reach.
- Synthesize complex data into high-level analysis and strategic reports, providing actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Provide deep-dive market intelligence and weekly competitor benchmarking to identify and find new growth opportunities
- Minimal 5+ Years of proven experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, or Brand Management.
- Experience of developing creative concepts into large-scale, 360° integrated marketing plans.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and commercial goals.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear business strategies, present to and influence senior leader
- Skilled at handling multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to present to and influence senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience mentoring staff and managing cross-functional teams.
