Job Description
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify business opportunities and growth strategies.Develop, implement, and evaluate business initiatives and pilot projects to improve branch performance.Monitor branch performance, identify challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.Coordinate the implementation of partnership agreements and support branch operations.Prepare and analyze business performance reports, including sales, royalties, and inventory, to provide actionable insights.Present recommendations during business review meetings and act as the liaison between HQ and branches.
Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Passionate about business strategy, market research, and business growth.Able to collaborate effectively with remote teams.Willing to undergo a 3-month Management Trainee Program.Willing to travel for business needs.Willing to work at our Headquarters in Bali.Available to join immediately.
