Business Development (Business Unit)

Job Description:

• Conduct market research to identify potential industry partners, clients, and agricultural sectors for the business unit research activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, government, community organizations, and stakeholders, acting as a strategic liaison among them.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, clients, and partners to promote initiatives, services, or collaborative opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report on business development activities, providing clear, data-driven follow-ups and strategic insights to upper management
• Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, workshops, and community engagement activities, both domestically and internationally.
• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO/President Director.
• Manage databases, project documentation, and filing systems to ensure seamless reporting lines.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Bio-Agrotechnology, Food Technology, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Experience working with government relations, community engagement, or public-sector initiatives is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with grassroots communities as well as present effectively to upper management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate commercial and research opportunities in agrotech.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia and overseas.
