Responsibilities:

Job Summary**

Responsible for the procurement of goods, materials, and services essential for RGE Pte Ltd's operations, ensuring optimal quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities**

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for money.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and build new partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify new products, suppliers, and industry trends.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to understand their material needs and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize waste.
