Civil Inspector - Balikpapan

Job Descriptions:

• Scheduling and supervising civil maintenance work, including public and social facilities, show houses, and stock houses, to ensure timely completion and compliance with established quality standards.
• Calculating labor and material requirements for upcoming civil works to ensure efficiency, timely execution, and adherence to defined quality standards.
• Submitting requests for goods, expenses, work materials, and inventory stock to TRM through the Estate Management Admin.
• Preparing and submitting tender proposals for civil engineering works within the Estate to TRM.
• Managing the timely and quality-compliant handover process of stock houses and show houses from the Construction team to the Developer.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as developer or contractor for Residential or Commercial Building Project.
• Knowing in civil construction, working drawings, and structural materials.
• Computer literate (Ms. Office, AutoCAD).
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
