What will you do?
- Support the developmentof competency frameworks and competency matrices.
- Assist in conducting competency assessments, analyzing gaps, and identifying employee development needs.
- Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by collecting and analyzing competency data, business needs, and stakeholder input.
- Assist in developing training plans and learning programs aligned with identified competency gaps and business priorities.
- Maintain training dashboards and analyze data related to training implementation, participation, budget utilization, and training effectiveness.
- Support training evaluation, maintain accurate learning records, and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Education, or other related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development processes, HR, competency development, or related field
- Familiar with competency assessment tools and basic competency gap analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with proficiency in English.
- Willing to work on-site in Cikarang.
