Responsible for end‑to‑end complaint handling by analyzing underwriting and non‑underwriting cases, ensuring SOP and policy compliance, managing KPIs/SLAs, coordinating cross‑functional resolution, maintaining accurate SCRM/CRM records, handling regulatory escalations, and driving service quality improvements through complaint trend insights.
