The Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice works with companies across the digital device, software, IT services, TV, publishing, information services, entertainment and telecom sectors to make sense of the unrelenting velocity of technological and consumer change they face. We partner with clients to transform their industries, define winning business models, shape their value proposition and go-to-market approach, enhance their operational competitiveness, and create sustained advantage.

What You'll Do

You will be a core member of our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice and will work alongside some of the world’s top minds in the area. 

 

To solve our clients’ problems, you will be given end-to-end responsibility within significant TMT related projects. You will develop state-of-the-art strategic approaches and innovative solutions based on thorough fact-based analyses. You will work from strategy to execution, on different TMT complex matters in different industries. For example, you will work to: 

• Lead high-impact strategy and transformation projects for clients in the TMT sector.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables — including strategy roadmaps, business models, and transformation blueprints — for executive-level decision making.
• Design market-entry strategies, portfolio optimization plans, and M&A / partnership strategies for technology, telecom, and media clients.
• Drive end-to-end business transformation programs — spanning digital, operational, and organizational change — across large TMT enterprises.
• Define target operating models and design implementation plans to enable scalable transformation.
• Oversee execution of digital enablement initiatives (e.g., cloud migration, AI adoption, agile transformation) to modernize client operations.
• Work with our experts on network and technology topics (from spectrum, network architecture, enterprise architecture)
• Manage multiple project workstreams, ensuring delivery of impactful results on time and within scope.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• At least 7+ years of experience working with a leading TMT strategy consulting firm or industry player focused on TMT. 
• You have experience of devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutions. 
• You are passionate about TMT industry and willing to be part of the most exciting challenges and operating at the intersection of disruptive technology and constantly-evolving consumer trends 
• Have experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda 
• Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart 
• Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work 
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
