We are looking for a Supervisor Retail Engagement who will be based in All Over Indonesia. Our area of coverages are: North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, East Indonesia.

Your ‘day to day’

This role ensures that all creative outputs are relevant to target consumers, aligned with brand direction, and feasible for execution, while continuously providing alternative ideas and practical solutions throughout the project lifecycle (from briefing to event execution)

• Develop event and brand activation concepts based on partner briefs and campaign objectives.
• Translate business needs into engaging and experience-driven concepts relevant to the target audience.
• Ensure all concepts are aligned with target consumer profiles. Integrate insights from current trends including music, lifestyle, and pop culture into creative development.
• Act as key creative counterpart to brand activation partner from briefing stage through execution.
• Work closely with Designer and Production teams to ensure concepts are practical and executable.
• Support implementation of creative concepts during preparation and on-site event execution.
• Support project timelines by delivering creative outputs in line with agreed milestones.
  
  

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Event Production, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field with minimum GPA 3.00
• Certifications in Production Management, Safety Standards, or Event Planning are advantageous.
• Minimum 2–4 years experience in Event Organizer, brand activation agency, or creative agency.
• Proven experience in handling event or activation projects from concept development to execution.
• Exposure to live event execution is highly preferred.
• Strong capability in creative concept development for events and brand activations included design perspective of the event
• Good understanding of consumer behavior and experiential marketing
