Credit Operations Officer

A credit operations officer is responsible for the operational and administrative processes that support lending activities. The role is to ensure that credit facilities are processed accurately, comply with regulations and properly documented.

Main responsibilities are:

1. Loan documentation: reviewing loan agreement and supporting documents, ensuring all required documents are complete before loan disbursement, verifying customer instruction and credit approval

2. Loan processing & disbursement: Coordinating the disbursement of approved loan, ensuring loan terms and conditions are matched with the approval, inputting loan details in the system for further process.

3. Credit administration: Maintaining loan records and documentation, monitoring loan maturity date and renewal requirement.

Specific qualification:

1. Knowledge of lending products and credit processes.

2. Attention to detail and accuracy

3. Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
