Objectives:
Managing end-to-end customs, warehouse, and logistics operations while ensuring full regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in supporting one of our customer’s supply chain activities
Job Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including inventory and SAP transactions
- Coordinate transportation activities (spot rate tender, delivery support, rate implementation)
- Handle customs compliance (documentation, permits, declarations, audits support)
- Perform logistics administration (SES, MRA, reporting, stakeholder coordination)
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics and trade processes
- Support on-site coordination (bi-weekly presence required)
- Ensure adherence to Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Business Continuity standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/customs operations
- Strong understanding of customs regulations
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage
