Job Description

• Perform regular inspections and monitoring of ESD compliance in production areas, including workstations, equipment, materials, and personnel.
• Conduct periodic ESD measurements and testing (e.g., resistance, grounding, ion balance) and maintain accurate records.
• Identify, report, and follow up on ESD non‑conformities, including preparation of reports and corrective recommendations.
• Support internal, external, and customer audits related to ESD compliance
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to QA Inspectors and operators on correct ESD practices.
• Ensure all ESD‑related activities are properly documented in accordance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Support ESD training activities and evaluate the effectiveness of ESD implementation.
• Responsible to comply with procedure related with quality, environment, heath, and safety management system throughout planner process.
  
  

Requirement

• Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma (D3), preferably in Technical Electronics, Machine or Industrial fields.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and adherence to standards Computer literate and familiar with MS Office
