Factory Engineering Staff

PHC Indonesia is a Manufacturer of Medical Devices and Component, such as Electronic Equipment (Blood Glucose Meter, Bio Medical Freezer, Bio Medical Incubator and Medical Equipment). PHC Indonesia also provide EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) for Medical Devices, Automotive and others.

Job Description (Factory Engineer)

• Handle and coordinate New Product Transfer activities from HQ or third-party vendors, ensuring smooth transition into mass production.
• Coordinate new part arrangement and approval, including drawing verification, sample follow-up, sample inspection, and report preparation
• Handle engineering documentation and Bill of Materials (BOM), including verification, explanation to related departments, and confirmation of actual implementation
• Good understanding of metal and plastic injection parts, including manufacturing processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and IF for data comparison and analysis
  
  

Job Requirements (Factory Engineer)

• Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in new model handling, including schedule control and part approval processes
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, perform measurements, and conduct technical analysis
• Strong communication and coordination skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to be placed on-site in Kawasan MM2100, Cikarang Barat.
