We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting daily accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, cash flow tracking, and seamless financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track daily cash inflows and outflows to maintain accurate balance records.
  • Monitor and continuously update bank statements and ledger accounts.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including vendor payments and client invoicing/collections.
  • Record and post journal entries accurately for period-end reporting.
  • Oversee petty cash disbursements, top-ups, and process Out-of-Pocket Expenses (OPE) data.
  • Maintain systematic digital and physical filing systems for all financial documentation, invoices, and receipts.
