  • Melakukan pengecekan dan maintenance mesin ATM secara rutin.
  • Menangani gangguan ringan pada ATM seperti paper jam, receipt habis, atau error operasional.
  • Melakukan penggantian consumable ATM seperti kertas struk dan journal paper.
  • Memastikan kondisi ATM bersih, normal, dan siap digunakan nasabah.
  • Melakukan monitoring kondisi ATM dan melaporkan kerusakan kepada teknisi terkait.
  • Membantu proses replenishment dan pengecekan cash ATM sesuai prosedur.
  • Menjalankan preventive maintenance untuk meminimalisir downtime ATM.
  • Membuat laporan hasil kunjungan dan maintenance ATM setiap hari.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim monitoring, teknisi, dan pihak bank terkait kendala ATM.
