The General Manager role is responsible for leading Ferrero's business operations in Indonesia, driving sustainable growth, market share expansion, profitability, and organizational effectiveness. This role provides strategic leadership across commercial, marketing, financial, and people priorities while ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and Ferrero's values. The role will oversee the development and execution of the country strategy, build strong partnerships with customers and distributors, identify growth opportunities, and foster a high-performing organization capable of delivering long-term business success.

The General Manager role is responsible for leading Ferrero's business operations in Indonesia, driving sustainable growth, market share expansion, profitability, and organizational effectiveness. Main Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Indonesia business strategy, translating regional priorities into sustainable growth, market share expansion, and profitability
- Lead the annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring delivery of financial and commercial objectives
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through strategic investments, innovation, and market expansion initiatives
- Drive the country's commercial strategy, strengthening customer and distributor partnerships to deliver sales growth and business performance
- Ensure excellence in sales execution, route-to-market effectiveness, trade marketing, and commercial operations
- Lead distributor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management to support long-term business success
- Ensure the effective execution of brand, marketing, and media strategies in line with regional priorities and local market needs
- Champion product launches and consumer engagement initiatives that strengthen brand equity and accelerate growth
- Monitor market trends and competitive developments, adapting strategies to maintain a strong market position
- Own the country P&L, ensuring effective management of revenue, costs, investments, and trade spend
- Drive disciplined performance management, proactively identifying risks and implementing actions to protect business results
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence across all business activities
- Foster a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with Ferrero standards
- Safeguard the company's reputation by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and effective management of quality-related issues
- Represent Ferrero externally and build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, industry stakeholders, and business partners
- Lead and develop a high-performing organization capable of delivering solid business objectives
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning and improvement
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Significant leadership experience within the FMCG, consumer goods, or related industry
- Proven track record of leading large-scale commercial operations and delivering sustainable business growth
- Strong experience managing P&L, commercial strategy, sales, marketing, and distributor networks
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams in complex business environments
- Strategic thinking with strong commercial and financial acumen
- Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset with ability to balance long-term strategy with operational execution
- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia
