Head of Data Enablement

We are seeking an experienced Head of Data Enablement to lead and evolve Allianz Indonesia’s Data Warehouse (DWH) ecosystem. This strategic leadership role is responsible for ensuring stakeholder data requirements are effectively addressed through the timely delivery of high-quality data solutions, while driving enterprise-wide data strategies that maximize the value of data assets across the Life, Syariah, and Utama business entities.

What You Do

• Ensure timely delivery of data products, integrations, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities that meet stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure the stability, availability, security and performance of the Data Warehouse environment.
• Own and execute the enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Platform strategy aligned with business objectives for Life, Syariah and Utama.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for data architecture, solution design, and technology standards.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams of Data Engineers and Database Administrators while providing functional leadership to Data Business Analyst.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, security policies, and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with Allianz stakeholders to implement enterprise data strategies, platforms, standards and solution directives from regional and global governance bodies.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Warehouse (DWH) environments, including hands-on experience in Data Warehouse implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in data acquisition, ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data cleansing.Demonstrated experience leading large-scale data platform, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse architecture, data modeling, data integration, and database management.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools, including Tableau.
