As a Head of FP&A, your main responsibilities will include:

A Successful Head Of FP&A Should Have

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
