We are looking for Service Associate Front Office
As an Service Associate Front Office we rely on you to:
- Take responsibility of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all times
- Supervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities
- Upsell rooms to meet guests' needs when appropriate
- Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Obsess over customer exoerience
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
- High proficiency in English both written and spoken
- Preferably has relevant experience in the hospitality industry
- Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- University/Diploma in Hotel Management
- Able to perform shift works or flexible working hours
- Software Packages MS Word, excel, Opera System
