A leading FMCG food manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Head of Manufacturing to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for its growing production business. This is a confidential leadership opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing professional who is passionate about driving operational excellence, improving processes, and building scalable manufacturing capabilities.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will play a key part in strengthening manufacturing performance, ensuring product quality, and supporting business growth.
Key Focus
Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production performance, quality, efficiency, and delivery targets
Drive continuous improvement initiatives including productivity enhancement, waste reduction, process optimization, and cost efficiency
Lead, develop, and strengthen manufacturing teams, including production and operational functions
Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product consistency, recipe implementation, and manufacturing excellence
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and operational best practices
Develop manufacturing roadmap and build a strong foundation for future business growth
