Key Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, villas, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure all rooms are prepared according to Alila brand standards and guest expectations.
• Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies while maintaining attention to detail.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up to preserve the quality of guest accommodations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping-related inquiries.
• Handle guest belongings and hotel assets with the utmost care and integrity.
• Support sustainability initiatives and adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Previous experience in Housekeeping within a luxury hotel or resort environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional standards.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
• Good communication skills; basic English proficiency is an advantage
