HSE - Warehouse (Bandung)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Develops regular HSE operational plans aligned with strategies from HSE Project Lead and ensures effective execution.
• Implements HSE programs and policies at the warehouse level, conducting hazard assessments, safety observations, and regular inspections.
• Evaluates operational safety through audits, inspections, and daily monitoring, ensuring adherence to approved strategies.
• Delivers HSE training at the warehouse level, ensuring workers are informed and compliant with safety standards.
• Maintains emergency readiness, conducting equipment inspections, updating plans, and training emergency response teams.
• Maintains documentation of daily HSE activities, hazard reports, and training sessions to ensure accessibility and compliance.
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational safety concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Delivers HSE training at the warehouse level, ensuring workers are informed and compliant with safety standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health/Environmental Engineering/Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years in a similar HSE role, preferably within an industrial or manufacture environment
• Understanding and able to implement Integrated Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001)
• Experience in HSE program execution, understanding HSE legal requirements and other requirements.
• Experience handling environmental management is an advantage.
• Certification in AK3U is preferred, english is a must.
• Strong analytical skills.
