Interior Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead Interior fit-out projects from project handover to final completion
• Plan projects schedules, manpower, material procurement, and execution strategies
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and project budget.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery
• Review shop drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project documentation
• Manage Site Supervisors and project teams to achieve project milestones
• Prepare weekly progress reports and attend coordination meetings.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Minimum Qualifications: What We're Looking For

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related Field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out construction
• Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager or Senior Site Supervisor
• Strong understanding of interior construction methods, BOQ, shop drawings, scheduling, and cost control
• Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and lead project teams effectively
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to Travel to project sites
• Able to communicate in English is a must
