Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering (minimum GPA of 3.30).
- Min. 1-2 years of working experience or internship in the same field.
- Strong knowledge of international quality management systems and standards.
- Experience in field audits and/or internal auditing.
- Proficient in the application of the 7 QC Tools, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Calibration & Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and 8D/Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) methodologies.
- Understanding of non-conforming product management, including hold and reject procedures.
- Experience in conducting quality awareness training and implementing 5S/5R and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/HSE) practices.
- Willing to be placed in Serpong- Tangerang.
- Lead the inspection team and ensure the production process meets company-set quality standards.
- Oversee the inspection process, prevent defects, analyze production results, and distribute daily tasks to field staff.
