IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

1 Ensure and verify that all computers are usable by users, connected to the network, and functioning normally as intended.

2 Install and configure antivirus software to secure company computers

3 Troubleshoot any hardware-related issues or network disruptions.

4 Check and update any operating system updates and applications used by users.

5 Ensure all CCTV cameras are functioning and do troubleshooting for any issues related to it.

6 Ensure systems used by MCC (Radius, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Ramco) are accessible by the team and used a responsible manner.

7 Coordinate with MCC global support teams as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to all responsibilities above.

Requirements

Education & Job Experience

1 Bachelor of Computer Education

2 Minimum Having 2-year Experience As IT

Skills and knowledge

A General Skill

1 Proficiency with Microsoft environments

2 Basic English skills

3 Good communication skills

4 Basic understanding of programming language concepts

B Specific Skill

1 Practical understanding of computer networking principles and security.

2 Practical understanding of the principles of switches, routers, and hubs

3 Having capability to assemble and troubleshoot computer and server installations

4 Troubleshooting Windows, Windows Server, MS Office and Azure
