What You'll Do
- Source and recruit IT professionals (Software Engineer, Business Analyst, QA, DevOps, Data Engineer, UI/UX, etc.).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- 1+ year of Tech Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
- Good written and spoken English.
