DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team (Content Creators, Graphic Designers, Content Admins, KOL Specialists)
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to evaluation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent brand communication
  • Oversee content planning and creative direction for social media, e-commerce, and paid marketing
  • Manage KOL and influencer marketing strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights
  • Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Minimal S1
  • 3-5 tahun pengalaman di Marketing, Brand Marketing, atau Digital Marketing
  • Pengalaman memimpin tim marketing atau creative
  • Pemahaman branding, content marketing, digital marketing, campaign planning
  • Pengalaman dengan KOL, influencer, dan social media platforms
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Pengalaman di e-commerce, beauty, atau FMCG industries nilai tambah
