Litigation & Anti-Fraud Officer

Litigation & Internal Anti-Fraud is responsible for managing litigation matters, conducting internal fraud investigations, and supporting the implementation of anti-fraud initiatives to protect the company from legal, financial, and reputational risks. This role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold a strong culture of integrity.

What You Do

• Manage and coordinate litigation cases, including engagement with external legal counsel, regulators, and relevant authorities.
• Lead investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, and ethical violations, including evidence gathering and reporting.
• Identify fraud risks and control gaps, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to strengthen internal controls.
• Support the execution of anti-fraud programs, policies, and awareness initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Law with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Litigation, Legal, Fraud Investigation, Compliance, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal and regulatory frameworks, with experience handling litigation and investigation cases.
• Proven analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
• Hands on experience using AI, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Meta and data processing, such as Phyton and Excel
