Logistic Superintendent

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistic Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. As a Logistic Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to logistics operations
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics processes
• Monitor and manage logistics budget to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication between all areas of the business.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to logistics operations.
• Willing to be placed in Site Environment with roster working schedule
• Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
