Machinist CNC

Requirements

• At least have 5 years of CNC Lathe and/or CNC Mill experiences
• Demonstrated ability tocrete products requiring tight tolerances
• Ability and confidence to produce high quality parts in the estimated time frame
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Possess a strong knowledge of high performance tooling
• Possess a high level for attention to detail
• Be proficient with the use of Fanuc Controls
• Will to work on split shift if required
• Prefer domicile in Surabaya, or willing to be placed in Surabaya Plan execute machining processes in accordance with the drawing and job card instructions
  
  

Job Descriptions

• Operate CNC machines within safety guidelines of the equiupment
• Check height, depth, and thickness of parts using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other presicion measuring equipment
• Confidently perform 3 – 4 jaw set-ups, shaft turning, tool/drill grinding & internal keyway machining
• Machine components ain a wide range of materials in varying conditions to close tolerances.
