Market Research & Insights Associate

• Support end-to-end research operations, including survey setup, product tests, SKU benchmarking, interviews, and other qualitative/quantitative studies.

• Analyze market trends, user experience, customer preferences, and pricing competitiveness.

• Run key market research reporting processes and maintain accurate dashboards, trackers, and repositories.

• Conduct category analytics, including SKU performance, assortment gaps, price gaps, and promo trends.

• Synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations to improve overall business and category performance.

• Deliver timely market insights to support decision making across cross-functional teams.

• Translate research findings into strategic recommendations for product, marketing, and expansion

teams.

• Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a systematic, detail-oriented approach to problem solving.

• Proven ability to interpret complex data and turn it into clear, actionable insights.

• Proactive team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.

• Basic to intermediate data analysis skills using Google Sheets.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Prior experience in market research or consumer insights is a plus.
