  • Manage invoices, payments, and reimbursements associated with marketing communication activities.
  • Summarize monthly expenses, providing insights to facilitate budget allocation and cost optimization.
  • Conduct follow-ups and reminders to the relevant PIC to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
