Marketing & Business Develoment Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop clients in the Surabaya area.
• Identify and establish new potential clients for cosmetic product development.
• Handle and follow up cosmetic product development projects with customers.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure successful and on-time product launches.
• Conduct cosmetics market research and trend analysis in Surabaya.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

PT Cosmax Indonesia, a global leader in cosmetic ODM/OEM manufacturing, is expanding its business and looking for a Marketing & Business Development Staff to develop the Surabaya market.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in cosmetic product development, OEM/ODM manufacturing, or business development in the beauty industry who are ready to grow their career in a global cosmetics manufacturing company.

Expected Joining Period: June - July 2026

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic product development or project management in OEM / ODM cosmetic manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of cosmetic product development and business development.

• Good understanding of cosmetic trends and the market in Surabaya and globally.

• Must be domiciled in Surabaya.

• Existing network with cosmetic brands in Surabaya will be a strong advantage

• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  Workplace: Onsite on Pakuwon Tower: Jl. Embong Malang No. 21 - 31, Kedungdoro, Kec. Tegalsari, Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Lantai 27 Unit 2719 (Cosmax Indonesia)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 08.00 – 17.00
