Job Description

  • Spearhead project to grow user base and user quality of ShopeePay App
  • Periodic analysis on growth metrics through weekly performance reporting
  • Analyze market trend to assess potential project for growth hacking
  • Run growth project to improve performance, including but not limited to new campaign, new product development, and strategic partnership
  • Coordinate end-to-end project with cross department

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from economics field or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment — Tech, Management Consulting, or FMCG preferred
  • Strong logical skill
  • Good project management skill
  • Good communication (written & verbal) in both Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • Experience in marketing/growth/project is preferred
  • Prior experience in campus organization is preferred
  • Familiar with new product/feature development and go to market plan
  • Fresh Graduate is welcomed
