- Mengecek kondisi operasional ATM (cash, kertas struk, error, jaringan)
- Menerima dan mencatat laporan gangguan ATM
- Melaporkan issue ke teknisi/FLM untuk penanganan
- Melakukan follow up sampai ATM kembali normal
- Koordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk percepatan perbaikan
- Memastikan SLA (waktu penanganan) terpenuhi
- Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
- Input data incident ke sistem monitoring
- Menjaga akurasi data dan dokumentasi operasional ATM
