 About the job Network Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

  • Membantu dalam menjaga sistem operasi gudang yang efisien untuk memastikan kebutuhan operasional dan kebutuhan pelanggan terpenuhi, mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Pastikan bahan-bahan dikirim ke jalur produksi tepat waktu sesuai dengan rencana produksi.
  • Memberikan pelatihan kepada operator gudang yang baru bergabung dalam lingkup tanggung jawab.
  • Pastikan akurasi data inventarisasi dalam area yang ditugaskan.
  • Pastikan catatan transfer inventaris lengkap dan akurat.
  • Terus-menerus membantu mengatur dan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan inventarisasi.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Membantu menjalankan sistem operasional gudang yang efisien untuk memastikan kebutuhan operasional dan persyaratan pelanggan terpenuhi serta mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Memastikan material dikirim ke lini produksi tepat waktu sesuai dengan rencana produksi.
  • Melatih karyawan operasional gudang yang baru bergabung sesuai lingkup tanggung jawab.
  • Memastikan keakuratan data persediaan pada area yang menjadi tanggung jawab.
  • Memastikan catatan mutasi/pemindahan stok lengkap dan akurat.
  • Secara berkala membantu mengoordinasikan dan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan stock opname.
