Jadestone Energy is an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia Pacific region.

In June 2020, Jadestone executed an agreement to acquire an operatorship license in the Lemang Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”), onshore Indonesia, and completed the acquisition in December 2020. The company operates 100% interest in the Lemang PSC, which includes the Akatara gas field development, where first production has been started since first half of 2024.

Outside of Indonesia, the company has a 100%, operated working interest in the Stag oilfield and in the Montara project, both offshore Australia. Both the Stag and Montara assets include oil producing fields, with further development and exploration potential. The Company also has a 16.67% non-operated interest in the Northwest Shelf Oil Project offshore Western Australia, comprising four oil fields containing significant upside potential through potential infill drilling and life extension activities.

Further, the Company has a 100% operated working interest in two gas development blocks in Southwest Vietnam and 70% operated interest in the PM329 PSC, containing the East Piatu field, and a 60% operated interest in the PM323 PSC, which contains the East Belumut, West Belumut and Chermingat fields. In addition, Jadestone also acquired a 50% non-operated working interest in the PM318 and AAKBNLP PSCs, which were operated by PETRONAS Carigali. Most recently, the Company acquired a non-operated 9.52% interest in the Sinphuhorm producing gas field onshore Thailand.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Material and expediting

• Managing strategic sourcing and tactical procurement for goods.
• Explore, engage, execute ready-to-serve market (local/ non-local) for urgent materials.
• Ensure timely sourcing of materials or products at optimal cost and quality. Having knowledge and experience in APDN requirements from government (Ditjen Migas).
• Having good product knowledge.
  
  

Vendor Relationship Management

• Manage performance and relationship of key suppliers.
• Expert with web base online system for tactical procurement.
• Monitor material expediting to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Warehouse team on goods receiving process.
  
  

Sourcing & Procurement

• Supporting Operations sourcing and procurement of goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop optimal procurement and contracting strategies.
• Provide strategic input on procurement planning and contribute to annual Work Program & Budget (WP&B) submissions.
• Identifies and qualifies new suppliers.
• Perform market analysis and supplier negotiation.
• Perform efficiency by developing strategic contracting, such as Price Agreements, TFC, Blanket Contracts, etc.
  
  

Formal Qualifications

Engineering, Project or Management with Certified PTK 007 qualification preferred.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in operations, preferably in a gas facilities and LPG Plant
• Strong knowledge of onshore operations.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call as required.
