Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Manage, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Identify operational challenges and drive effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 7–10 years of professional experience in Operations, Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of proven leadership experience managing teams and driving operational performance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing, and target-driven environment is highly preferred.
  • Willing to be based in Surabaya.
