Job Purposed :

Design and govern organization strategy and performance management frameworks to ensure the company’s structure, workforce capabilities, and performance systems are aligned with business priorities and XLSMART’s culture of productivity and results.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and govern organization strategy frameworks including organization design principles, manpower planning direction, and job architecture alignment with business needs.
• Oversee corporate performance management cycle governance covering planning, monitoring, and review processes to strengthen accountability and execution.
• Evaluate workforce and organization effectiveness insights to identify capability gaps, productivity opportunities, and priorities for structural or role enhancements.
• Manage strategic alignment across People BPs and business leaders to ensure performance targets and organization plans are consistent across directorates.
• Strengthen performance management tools and policies by reviewing KPI design standards, calibration mechanisms, and process improvement opportunities.
  
  

Academic : Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. Master’s Degree in HR, Business Strategy, or Organizational Development is preferred.

Professionals : Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in organization design, workforce planning, or HR strategy roles.

Certification : Certifications in Human Resources (e.g., CHRP, ODP, SWP, SHRM) – strongly preferred
