We're Hiring: Payroll Officer!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Officer to manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in payroll software, and a keen eye for accuracy.

What You'll Do:

• Process monthly payroll accurately, including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and ensure timely payroll disbursement
• Validate attendance, leave, overtime, and employee data to support accurate and timely payroll processing
• Maintain payroll records, employee master data, and HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
• Calculate, process, and report PPh 21, prepare annual tax reports, and issue employee tax slips
• Reconcile payroll data, resolve payroll discrepancies, and ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, company policies, and HR procedures
• Manage employee registration, updates, reporting, and payments for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Administer employee benefits, including insurance enrollment, benefit changes, and related documentation
• Manage employee lifecycle documentation, including promotions, internal rotations, transfers, and other employee status changes
  
  
  

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing or related field
Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws is a plus
