Position Overview : We are looking for Product Lead to support and align with PM's strategies and keeping track of development activities and progress.

Position Overview : We are looking for Product Lead to support and align with PM's strategies and keeping track of development activities and progress.
Responsibilities
- Own product features from ideation to launch
- Translate requirements into actionable user stories & design
- Responsible for product delivery prioritization & timeline
- Bridge business requirements & technical solutioning
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor adoption, usage and performance metrics for own product areas
- Provide regular progress updates, risks and recommendations to the PM
- Bachelors degree (S1) in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Engineering)
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, solutions delivery, project management or related roles
- Hands-on experience managing product features, releases, or roadmaps
- Strong skills in Agile/Scrum practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret product and user data
