Production Engineer

PHC Indonesia is a Manufacturer of Medical Devices and Component, such as Electronic Equipment (Blood Glucose Meter, Bio Medical Freezer, Bio Medical Incubator and Medical Equipment). PHC Indonesia also provide EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) for Medical Devices, Automotive and others.

Production Engineer (Electrical)

Join our Production Engineering team to support the development, maintenance, and improvement of production equipment and factory facilities. In this role, you will be involved in equipment automation, PLC-controlled systems, and electrical utilities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and maintain production equipment, jigs, and factory facilities.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and utilities.
• Assist in PLC-based automation and continuous improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues to improve equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, VB .NET, or industrial automation is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work on-site in MM2100 Industrial Estate, West Cikarang.
  
  

Production Engineer (Mechanical)

We are looking for a Mechanical Production Engineer to support the design and development of production jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical design skills who are eager to contribute to production improvement and automation projects

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop production jigs, fixtures, and mechanical equipment.
• Create 2D and 3D engineering drawings using CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Support fabrication, installation, testing, and improvement of production equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and equipment performance.
• Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
• Able to prepare engineering drawings for manufacturing and fabrication.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial automation is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
