What you will be responsible for:
- Conduct production activities following established working instructions and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the snack manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Complete required production documentation accurately and promptly.
What you will need to have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a production operator in a snack or foods manufacturing company
- Minimum a diploma or bachelor's degree (D3-D4 /S1)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Attention to detail and basic technical ability.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
