Oversee the procurement of goods and services for retail, head office, factory, and event operations. Ensure quality, competitive pricing, timely delivery, and compliance with purchasing procedures while managing vendor performance and developing the purchasing team.

Oversee the procurement of goods and services for retail, head office, factory, and event operations. Ensure quality, competitive pricing, timely delivery, and compliance with purchasing procedures while managing vendor performance and developing the purchasing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities to support operational needs across stores, head office, factory, and events.
- Source suppliers, evaluate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and review procurement contracts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the inventory team to clarify requirements and ensure accurate, timely fulfilment.
- Issue purchase orders and coordinate payments for imported goods in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor product specifications, quality, and delivery schedules to ensure supplier compliance.
- Conduct regular vendor evaluations based on delivery performance, product quality, service, and internal stakeholder satisfaction.
- Maintain complete and accurate procurement documentation in compliance with purchasing SOPs and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Allocate team responsibilities, monitor purchasing targets, and develop team capabilities through coaching and mentoring.
