  • Lead Sales Excellence: Develop and execute high-impact sales to drive retail performance across all channels.
  • Drive Strategic Analytics: Deep-dive into business performance data to identify untapped growth opportunities and provide actionable insights for long-term expansion.
  • Nurture Leadership: Actively manage, mentor, and nurture the development of Retail Supervisors (SPVs), ensuring they are equipped to lead their teams toward operational excellence.
  • Master the Field Force: Strategically plan and oversee the full lifecycle of the Dermo Advisor (DA) population, from recruitment and onboarding to establishing clear career paths and managing retention/turnover rates.
  • Operational Reporting: Maintain tracking and reporting of key retail operations, including Sales data, GWP, Tester inventory management, and the execution of incentive schemes.
  • Collaborate: Act as a key point of contact, communicating effectively with internal cross-functional teams (KAM, TM, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) and external retail partners to ensure seamless execution of brand standards.

You have...

  • Experience: A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years
  • Fluency in English with exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced skills in Power BI to drive data-led decision-making.
  • A natural ability to multitask and work effectively across different departments
